Approach
	In the initial phase, stakeholder sessions, brand audits, and user interviews were essential for understanding and enhancing the brand experience. This informed subsequent strategic decisions, which aimed to realise the end vision through hero journeys, fostering a broader design perspective, and simplifying branding and communication. 
Guided by principles and data, decisions were made for an effective rollout, including experience language and content creation guidelines, executed through phased delivery for a successful launch.

	With improved recognition of the TATA Motors brand, the company can effectively communicate its values and mission to customers. By creating a premium experience, TATA Motors can attract new owners and strengthen the loyalty of existing customers.  In addition they now have a single platform that will evolve with the lifecycle of any TATA Motors vehicle.

	Approach

After conducting interviews with our customers, we formulated a hypothesis to customise content for each user and shift the homepage experience towards a product feed. 
Collaborating with a Project Manager and engineers, I established experience maps and information architecture for individual components. Subsequently, I created prototypes and developed scripts for remote user interviews.&#38;nbsp;
The new components underwent validation through this process before being introduced to a limited number of users within the iOS app. Through field testing of each component, we discovered that personalised recommendations performed better than campaign imagery on the ASOS homepage.


	Delivery 
In addition to creating homepage components for the current UI, I devised a visual concept that introduced a new design vocabulary. To enhance accessibility and information clarity, I implemented a new grid, larger type, bigger imagery, and increased spacing. All these choices revitalised the ASOS brand aesthetic within their digital experience.

By pinpointing influential customers and creating customised tools to leverage their social networks, we could create a platform where even passive customers engage, sharing and learning from each other's ownership experiences.&#38;nbsp;

	Competitor research:We compiled a list of automotive and non automotive brands, and compared the different features across themStakeholder workshop:We gathered stakeholders and subject matter experts from across the business. This helped us all understand users issues and find creative solutions to the biggest issuesVoice of the customer:We spoke to the people that matter most to make sure we a solving a problem for them, to understand their priorities and get inspiration for product ideas. This helped create a consensus for the design, project teams to ensure we are building the right things.We surveyed 237 real owners:

	Approach
	The project employed an Agile Design Process, beginning with a detailed backlog inspection to pinpoint key tasks. Journey maps were created to visualise the user experience, and in-person sketching workshops were held to foster collaboration. The design team sketched UI flows and essential screens, aligning them with component templates. Client presentations gathered feedback for iterative prototyping and real user testing. After several iterations, final screens and components were refined, documented, and integrated into the backlog. Designers actively engaged in developer grooming sessions to ensure alignment between design and development.

Tasked with transforming an illustration style into a set of UI guidelines, I spearheaded the creation of Global Mobile Guidelines for American Express while working at Ogilvy. These guides ensured the Realise the Potential (RTP) style was consistently applied across native and web apps, prioritizing iOS platforms.

I began by consolidating four different digital guidelines, identifying redundancies, and aligning them into a cohesive framework. My role encompassed both rewriting existing content and crafting new material, covering elements like color palettes, button styles, and typography. This approach ensured the guidelines were easy to adopt across 150 markets, significantly improving design consistency worldwide.

 The positive feedback and immediate impact validated the effort, proving that even complex challenges can be overcome with a thoughtful, creative approach.

	Approach

I was initially approached to explore a 1970s graphic style for the design, as that was the band’s original vision. However, after a broader creative exploration, I focused on a common principle that runs through much of my work in music packaging, which is making the visuals feel like how the music sounds. I experimented with several directions before landing on the liquid mercury logo, which captured the essence of the sound. The project involved an expansive creative process to arrive at this final concept.


 
	I tried a few tools to visualise the logo, but in the end, I found this tutorial and found myself learning Blender to get the best results, and a final look.


For the album artwork, I was granted permission by NASA to use their space photography, my first reply from them after a few astronaut application attempts. I also asked the band to send over short loops of music for each release, which we used as background audio for animated versions of the album sleeves, designed for social media posts.

	In Neo Tokyo, music is central to teens' lives, but for The Capsules biker gang they have their own soundtrack music that is created from their own imaginations by a mind-reading rogue AI named the Neon Vortex, that materialises in the Harukiya bar where the gang congregate and there links with them. 

It is a raw, visceral sound that captures the anger, frustration, and hope of a generation lost in a world of chaos. This music is crucial for Neo Tokyo teens to resist oppressive forces and find identity.

	For this project, the artist created a new original soundtrack for the classic manga and anime Akira. To guide the visual direction, we wrote a narrative that provided context for the design, helping ensure the final product felt authentic to the Akira universe. For example, the cassette’s colour matched Kaneda’s iconic red biker jacket, the logo was designed to feel at home anywhere in Neo-Tokyo, and the cover illustration featured a stylised girl inspired by a psychedelic, rebellious teenager.
